STETSON – Bob and Jody Lyford of Stetson are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter Heather J. Lyford to Joshua J. Pelletier, son of Ray and Mae Pelletier of Bucksport. Heather is a 2003 graduate of Central High School in Corinth and graduated cum laude in 2007 from the University of Maine with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She is employed by RSU 26 in Orono and is a full-time graduate student pursuing a degree in counselor education. Joshua graduated from Bucksport High School in 2003 and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maine in 2007 with a degree in mechanical engineering technology. He is employed by Verso Paper in Bucksport as a process manager. A July 30, 2011, wedding in Dedham is planned.
