WESTBROOK, Maine — A Westbrook man is dead after the car he was driving crashed on Warren Avenue, near Sappi paper, early Sunday morning.
Ryan Dudman, 21, was alone in his car and not wearing his seatbelt, according to police, when he lost control and crashed around 2:40 a.m. The investigation is ongoing, but police believe speed is a factor, according to WLBZ.
