AUGUSTA, Maine — A local man has died after being struck by a garbage truck Wednesday morning.
Gary Astbury, 57, died at the scene on Sewall Street after he was found under the truck.
The Kennebec Journal reports that police are still reconstructing the event and that no charges have been filed.
