DEXTER – Richard B. Bragg, 72, husband of the late Marie (Tyler) Bragg, died Dec. 20, 2010, at Mayo Regional Hospital, Dover-Foxcroft. He was born July 14, 1938, in Thorndike, the son of Archie L. and Mildred M. (Lanphier) Bragg. A U.S. Army veteran, Richard had worked at Moosehead Manufacturing for many years. He was an avid outdoorsman, and especially enjoyed fishing. He is survived by a son, Donald Bragg and his wife, Lisa, of Bath; a daughter, Rhonda Bragg and her partner, Tracey Oliver, of Eastbrook; a grandson, Jason Bragg of Bath; a brother, David Bragg of Sebec; and two sisters, Joyce Phillips and her husband, Edward, and Victoria Grant and her husband, Stephen, all of Dover-Foxcroft. He was predeceased by his first wife, Beverly (Taylor) Bragg; his second wife, Martha (Schillinger) Bragg; an infant son, Richard Allen Bragg; two brothers, Robert and Donald Bragg; and a sister, Janice Brown. A memorial service will be conducted 3 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 23, at Lary Funeral Home, Dover-Foxcroft, with the Rev. Nancy Moore officiating. Burial will be in the family lot at Gray Cemetery.
