Former Hermon finance director Robin Fisher is suing the town. Fisher, who lives in Carmel, says the town of Hermon violated the Americans with Disabilities Act and Maine Human Rights Act when it fired her because she suffers from post traumatic stress disorder, attention deficit disorder and depression.
