BRIDGTON, Maine — Man’s best friend is the center of attention at the annual Mushers Bowl Winter Carnival in Bridgton, Maine.
The two-day event begins Saturday with a full day of dogsled races. There’ll also be dogsled, snowmobile and horse-drawn rides, along with an ice-fishing contest and a snowshoe hike up Bald Pate Mountain.
An awards ceremony takes place Sunday afternoon. The event is put on by the Greater Bridgton Lakes Region Chamber of Commerce.
