GOULDSBORO – Darlene Gerrish, 46, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2011, at a Bangor hospital.
Darlene was a very caring and compassionate person who always went out of her way to help those who needed her. She spent most of her life as a caregiver. Her heart and home were always open to the young people in and around the Gouldsboro area.
Darlene is survived by soul mate, best friend and fiance, Stephen Jordan Jr. She will also be missed by her four children, Michael and Michelle Gerrish and James and Kyle Jordan; her special friend, Grace Gerrish; and father, Cecil Hall. She was predeceased by her mother, Maureen Klein.
A celebration of Darlene’s life will be held 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 2, at Knight’s Hall, Gouldsboro.
