WESTMANLAND and CARIBOU – Jennifer K. Bourgoine, 48, died unexpectedly Jan. 26, 2011, in New Sweden. She was born Oct. 19, 1962, in Waterville, Conn., daughter of the late Philip and Velva (Miller) Bourgoine.
Jennifer was a 1980 graduate of Caribou High School and received her registered nurse degree from Clark State University. She retired from the U.S. Air Force after a 20-year career. More recently, she had been employed by several area home care agencies.
She is survived by her two daughters, Sarah Graettinger of Presque Isle and Joanne Graettinger of Stockholm; three brothers, Philip Bourgone Jr. of Fairborn, Ohio, Michael Bourgoine of England and Joseph Bourgoine of Washburn; her former husband, Charles Graettinger of Presque Isle; several nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit with the family 6-8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 4, at Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir St., Caribou. Interment will be at Northern Maine Veterans Cemetery.
