BANGOR, Maine — Bangor police received word Saturday night of a marijuana growing operation on Essex Street and found a small pot garden when they went to investigate, Sgt. Paul Edwards said Monday.
“They found six marijuana plants,” he said. “Both people [living at the residence] were charged.”
Michael Bourgoine, 35, and Allen Henry, 36, of Bangor were arrested for marijuana cultivation and taken to Penobscot County Jail. Henry had been released by Monday, and Bourgoine was released at court Monday, a jail official said.
