ORONO, Maine — University of Maine police on patrol early Sunday saw a student standing on a porch at the Sigma Nu fraternity house urinating off the edge, university spokesman Joe Carr said Tuesday.
Erik Thayer, 20, was charged at around 12:55 a.m. with illegal possession of alcohol by a minor through consumption, Carr said.
