The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has announced a recall of more than 800,000 car seats and booster seats  manufactured by the Dorel Juvenile Group, including products sold by Eddie Bauer, Costco, Quinny and more. The  seats are being recalled due to problems with the safety harness that could leave the child unrestrained and unprotected in the event of a crash.
