VAN BUREN – Regina Anne LaBreck, 62, died unexpectedly Feb. 28, 2011, at her Laplante Heights residence in Van Buren. She was born Sept. 10, 1948, in Caswell, the daughter of George and Pearl (Labrecque) King.
She was employed as a certified nurses’ aide as well as a chambermaid for many years. Anne was a member of American Legion Auxiliary, Unit 49, Van Buren.
She is survived by her husband, Claude LaBreck of Van Buren; one son, Mark LaBreck of Old Orchard Beach; four brothers, James King of Fort Fairfield, Gilbert King of Limestone, George King Jr. of Caswell, and Douglas King of Perham; two sisters, Patricia Planthaber of Lake Erie, Pa., and Freda King of Boston; one stepgranddaughter and two stepgrandsons.
In keeping with her wishes, there will be no calling hours. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Hamlin. Spring interment will be at the parish cemetery.
