Bangor Savings Bank has appointed Charles “Chuck” Osgood as senior vice president and commercial market manager. Osgood, of Veazie, will manage commercial lending and development for Eastern and Northern Maine. He graduated from the University of Maine and has accumulated over 25 years of commercial banking experience in the Bangor area.
