BANGOR and JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Pamela Jean Norton Sanderson, 44, passed away March 2, 2011, at home. Pam fought a long and courageous battle with a rare lung disease. She was born Oct. 25, 1966, in Bangor, the daughter of Leslie A. Norton and Bertha H. Norton Dore.
Pam grew up in Bangor and attended Bangor schools. She relocated to Florida where she married and raised a family.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Sanderson of Jacksonville, Fla.; a daughter, Dorathy Kraft and her husband, Micheal, of Kittery; a son, William Sanderson of Jacksonville, Fla.; a grandson, Micheal Kraft Jr. of Kittery; her mother, Bertha Dore and stepfather, Brian Dore, of Old Town; a sister, Jo-Ellen Cot‚ and her husband, Matthew, of Old Town; several nieces and nephews. Pam was predeceased by her father, Leslie A. Norton; and a sister, Kimberly M. Norton. Pam was a very loving and caring person. She will be greatly missed by the people who knew and loved her.
