BANGOR – Lloyd “Louie” Eben Mingo, 56, died unexpectedly March 16, 2011. He was born July 23, 1954, in Bangor, the son of Horace and Joanne (Willey) Mingo.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his best friend, Scott DeRevere. He is survived by his son, Michael Mingo of Wilmington, N.C.; three brothers, Stanley Mingo and his wife, Jane, of Jacksonville, Fla., Gerald Mingo and his wife, Barbara, of Bangor and Clay Mingo and his wife, Denise, of Hague, Va.; one sister, Catherine (Mingo) Mikell of Geneva, Fla.; many nieces, nephews and friends.
Louie was a gentle soul, who loved his family, friends and his artwork, and he is gone from us too soon.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
