MILFORD – Warren A. Stormann, 60, died March 22, 2011, at a Bangor area hospital. He was born March 20, 1951, in Old Town, the son of Natalie (Avery) and the late George Stormann.
Warren loved his grandchildren and spending time at his family camp at Pickerel Pond, hunting and fishing. He enjoyed visiting Mount Katahdin, especially the Daicey Pond area, and he was also a member of Friends of Sunkhaze, Milford.
Along with his mother, Warren is survived by his beloved wife, Pamela (Foster); three stepchildren, Kerrie (Demont) Ford and her husband, Clark, of Belfast, Blaine Demont and his wife, Nicole, of Old Town and Stephanie Demont and her significant other, Mickey Godin, of Hermon; eight grandchildren, Devon and Aleasha Godin, Jordyn Demont, and Grant “Wyatt,” Paige, Montgomery “Monty,” Adeline “Addie” and Gareth Ford; brother, Wayne Stormann and his wife, Nita, of Cortland, N.Y.; two nieces, Natalie and Alexandria Stormann of New York City; and his nephew, Noam Stormann of Cortland, N.Y. Warren is also survived by his best friend of 53 years, Brian Gray and his wife, Betty, and their children, Rick and Aaron.
A memorial service will be held noon Sunday, March 27, at First Congregational Church, Main Road, Milford, with Pastor Karen Dresser officiating.
All are invited for light refreshments after the service in the undercroft. Burial will be in the spring at Milford Cemetery.
