The following were the winners in the second annual Washington County 4-H Robotics Expo held Saturday, March 26, at the University of Maine at Machias:
Best Robot: (three-way tie) Clownies from Charlotte Elementary, Princeton Lego Maniacs from Princeton Elementary, and Cyborgs from Whiting Elementary.
Best Non-Robot: Eagles 1 from Pembroke Elementary.
Best Overall: Shockwave from Charlotte Elementary.
Community Service Award: Bay Ridge Elementary.
Teamwork Award: Twirlster from Charlotte Elementary.
Creativity Award: Robocops from Whiting Elementary.
Crowd Pleaser Award: Robocats from Elm Street School.
Rookie Award: Princeton Lego Maniacs from Princeton Elementary.
Challenge Award Winner: Charlotte Elementary.
