DOVER PLAINS, N.Y. – Laurie Lin Gilman, 45, a longtime resident of Dover Plains, N.Y., and who previously resided in Intercession City, Fla., died Friday, March 25, 2011, at Sharon Hospital, Sharon, Conn. She was born July 7, 1965, in Sharon, Conn., the daughter of Halcott and Bonnie (Spinney) Gilman.
Laurie worked as a carpenter and maintenance worker at Disney World, Orlando, Fla. Laurie loved animals and fishing at their family camp in Danforth.
In addition to her parents of Dover Plains, N.Y., she is also survived by a sister, Christinna Jenkins of Intercession City, Fla.; and two nephews, Timothy and Joshua Jenkins.
