MILO, Maine — A special town meeting will held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 5, at the town hall to address an equipment need.
Town officials want to upgrade the town’s backhoe by purchasing a newer model more suited for the town’s work, Town Manager Jeff Gahagan said Thursday.
To do that, officials have proposed financing $58,000 and applying $2,500 from the trade-in of the town’s 2004 model, Gahagan said.
