MATTWAMKEAG – Alton Phillip Tolman, 79, husband of Delight (Downs) Tolman, passed away April 16, 2011, at a Bangor hospital. He was born Oct. 4, 1931, in Chester, the son of Ernest and Frances (Stratton) Tolman.
