ROCKPORT, Maine — The Penobscot Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce honored several of its members at the 86th annual awards dinner on April 23.
Winners included:
• Alice Crie Knight, Community Person of the Year.
• Primo, Beacon Award for attracting national attention to the area.
• Kiwanis Club of Rockland and Rockland Rotary Club, Community Service Award.
• Cape Air, Economic Development and Enhancement Award.
• Horch Roofing, Good to Be Green Award.
• American Lighthouse Foundation, Heritage Preservation Award.
• Dream Local, Innovation in Business Award.
• Heidi Vanorse of Loyal Biscuit Co., Rising Star Award.
More than 270 people attended the awards dinner at the Samoset Resort.
