Union Street Towing dispatched two wrecker trucks to pull a SUV from the canal off Maine Avenue near Bangor International Airport Friday afternoon. Police said the driver lost power steering and braking and his vehicle went into the canal and was partially submerged. The driver appeared unhurt.
