FORT KENT, Maine — The registration deadline for the University of Maine at Fort Kent summer Eco-Camp is Friday, May 20. The camp runs from Sunday, June 26, through Thursday, June 30, for high school students entering their junior or senior year. UMFK’s Environmental Studies faculty will offer five days of classroom instruction and outdoor exploration.

Dog Obedience School set in Fort Kent
FORT KENT, Maine — The Fort Kent Recreation and Parks Department Dog Obedience School will start at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 25, at the Jalbert Park Skating Rink. The class runs Wednesday evenings through June 29. Owners will be involved in teaching their dogs basic obedience. The program fee is $50 and is payable at registration.
