AUGUSTA, Maine — Maj. Gen. John W. Libby, adjutant general of the Maine National Guard, has announced promotions to the rank specified for the following Maine Army National Guard soldiers:
Michael Muir, Spc. Presque Isle, Detachment 2, Company E, 1/126th Aviation Regiment.
Peter Lyons, Pvt. 2, Presque Isle, 185th Engineer Support Company.
The soldiers were promoted in April 2011.
