WINTERPORT – Kathleen L. Loveland, 53, died May 11, 2011, in Winterport. She was born May 7, 1958, the beloved daughter of Mary W. Loveland, M.D.
Kathleen was a graduate of Philadelphia High School for Girls and received her bachelor’s degree in art from Washington University, St. Louis. She was a very talented artist and musician. She worked for Quaker Photo Co., as the art coordinator of PA College of Pediatric Medicine, and Winslow Stained Glass before moving to Winterport.
Kathleen is survived by her mother, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her father, Richard S. Loveland; and her twin sister, Laura Loveland.
Visitation for family and friends will be held 2-4 p.m. Saturday, May 14, at Mitchell-Tweedie Funeral Home, 28 Elm St., Bucksport. Graveside services will be held at Locust Hill Cemetery, Dover, N.J Donations may be made in her memory to Bangor Humane Society, 693B Mount Hope Ave., Bangor, ME 04401.
