  1. What is your motivation to “Move and Improve”?

Plain and simple, to stay healthy!

  1. What is your biggest obstacle to “Move and Improve?”

The biggest obstacles for me is time, I work in home health and never know where I will be and by the time I return home, I am often tired and don’t always have the energy to get moving.

  1. What kind of activities do you engage in to reach your goal?

I enjoy getting out and going for a walk. I also like to get out in my yard and tend to my gardens. I cultivate potatoes, corn, daffodils, hyacinth and tulips!
