SCARBOROUGH – Franklin B. Allen, 89, died Friday, May 27, 2011, in Scarborough. Visiting hours will be held 4-7 p.m. Monday, June 6, at Hobbs Funeral Home, 230 Cottage Road, South Portland, where the funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 7. Interment will be at Allen Cemetery, Sebago.
