MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – Marjorie Colsher Tkacz, 88, passed away Nov. 22, 2010, surrounded by family at her home. Marjorie was born March 30, 1922, in Philadelphia.
Along with her husband of 68 years, Albin P. Tkacz of Myrtle Beach, S.C., Marjorie was a longtime resident of Winterport, and they were the owners of Blaisdell Orchards.
A memorial service and interment of ashes will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, June 4, at Oak Hill Cemetery, Winterport. After the service, there will be a reception at Victoria Grant Civic Center, off Route 139, Winterport. The family invites all friends to reminisce with Albin and daughters, Nancy Tkacz Browne and Betsy Tkacz Lee, and their families.
