Kindergarten students from Glenburn Elementary School touch a cast applied to an EMMC employee’s arm on Thursday, June 2, 2011 at Eastern Maine Medical Center. The children also brought their teddy bears to five different stations to have them examined by hospital staffers. This event was desgined to help soothe children’s fears should they have to visit the emergency room in the future.
