“Apparently, this moose got the wrong date for the lottery, he showed up at our store today,” wrote Greg Sirpis on Friday in an email. Sirpis is the retail events coordinator, marketing and brand management at Cabela’s in Scarborough. He also sent along a few images of the moose that wandered through the parking lot. The annual lottery from moose hunting permits is being held at the outfitter’s store on Saturday, June 18, 2011.
