CORINTH – David A. Emery Sr., 54, went home to be with the Lord June 18, 2011, at his residence after an extended illness. He was born April 17, 1957, in Waterville, the son of Carroll V. and Loraine J. (Buswell) Emery.
David loved motorcycles and working as a mechanic. He operated a tractor for PACE foods in Florida for several years. He is remembered as a man-of-all-trades. In answer to many years of his mother’s prayers, David accepted the Lord as his savior about one year ago. David was well cared for in his final days by his daughter, Joleen.
Surviving in addition to his mother are three children, David Emery Jr. of Whiteville, Tenn., Jessica Senechal and her husband, Scott, of Dunlap, Tenn., and Joleen Murphy and her husband, Steven, of Corinth; nine grandchildren, Chandler, Chelsea, Chantell, Cheyenne, Cadan, Cason, Corey, Chania and Colin; one sister and three brothers. David was predeceased by his father; and a grandson, Steven Murphy Jr.
