HOULTON – Jean E. Stover, 82, died June 17, 2011, in Houlton. She was born April 26, 1929, in Smyrna, daughter of Mont and Beulah (Barton) DeWitt.
She is survived by five children, Gary and Mary Stover, Brenda and Eric Richards, Kent Stover, Mark and Priscilla Stover, “Kelly” and Lynn Stover; grandchildren, Brent, Mark, Susan, Margaret Anne, Nathan, Nichole, Jessica, Danielle, Alyssa, Molly, Joshua and Nichole; several great-grandchildren; a sister, Jeanette Currier; several nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband, Gordon E. Stover; daughter-in-law, Susan Stover; granddaughter, Samantha Stover; grandson, Mark Stover; and brother-in-law, Carrol “Bill” Currier.
Graveside funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, June 23, at Evergreen Cemetery, Houlton, with the Rev. Naomi Sam-Kpakara officiating.
