Float along the lakeshore as waning day becomes moonlit night near Fields Pond Audubon Center in Holden. Loons, eagles and bats may be seen. Participants in one of last summer’s canoeing trips admire a bald eagle. Moonlight canoeing will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 13. The cost is $5 for those with their own canoe or kayak, $10 for rental canoe with life jackets and paddles. Heavy rain or thunder would cancel the trip, with payment refunded.
