DOVER-FOXCROFT, Maine — Two Piscataquis County men recently were promoted to sergeant in the Maine National Guard.
The promotions of Luke Noke of Orneville Township and Joel Tourtelotte of Monson were announced Wednesday by Maj. Gen. John W. Libby, Maine adjutant general.
