SEARSPORT – Alden N. Graffam, 89, went home to be with the Lord Aug. 2, 2011, at Brewer Rehabilitation and Living Center.
He graduated from Crosby High School, Belfast, and served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam in the Signal Corps, and at the Pentagon from 1940 to 1943. He later worked as an electronic engineer for Channel 2, Bangor.
He was predeceased by his wife, Barbara (Adams) Graffam; a sister and a daughter.
A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 8, at Church of the Nazarene, Swan Lake Avenue, Belfast, with Pastor John Evans officiating.
