Dr. Frank Burtnett (left), veteran educator and nonprofit organization executive of Rockport, awards a certificate in nonprofit management to Adrienne Pelletier-Olson of Bangor during the recent Marketing the Nonprofit class at the Hutchinson Center of the University of Maine in Belfast. Pelletier-Olson started the certificate program with the grant-writing workshop in August 2010 and continued until July 2011 to complete the program.
