HOULTON – Nicholas Wayne Belyea, 28, passed away unexpectedly Aug. 27, 2011. He was born May 25, 1983, in Houlton, the son of Wayne and Catherine (Ellis) Belyea.
Nick was a graduate of Houlton High School and attended Eastern Maine Community College. He was an avid sports fan of all the New England teams, especially the Red Sox. Nick loved hunting and going to camp in the Haynesville woods, Eminem, spending time with his daughter and family, tossing the football and spending Saturday nights by the fire.
Nick is survived by his parents of Houlton; his daughter whom he adored, Hayden Baylee Belyea of Houlton; his fiancee, Miranda Lundin; his sister, Jill Forest; brother-in-law, Brian Forest; special nieces, Taylor and Jaycee; special nephew, Jacob; special friend, Josh Bragan; paternal grandparents, Charles and Joann Belyea of Houlton; maternal grandparents, Gerald and Marilyn Ellis of New Limerick; many aunts, uncles and cousins; and his cat, Kipper.
Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Dunn Funeral Home, where funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday with Rev. Wayne Robertson officiating. Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery.
