AUGUSTA — Maj. Gen. John W. Libby, adjutant general of the Maine National Guard, announced the promotion to the rank specified for the following Maine Army National Guard soldiers:
• Carl Sticht, msgt., Morrill, 133rd Headquarters and Headquarters Company.
• Scott Broadley, pfc. , Stockton Springs , 488th Military Police Company.
• Cody Nelson, PV2 , Palermo, 488th Military Police Company.
Soldiers were promoted in August.
