CHESTER – Angela Lee Langerak, 41, passed away unexpectedly Aug. 29, 2011, in an auto accident. Angela was born April 7, 1970, at Workman’s Hospital, Lincoln, the daughter of John and Judy Langerak of Chester.
She is survived by two sisters, Karly Langerak of Lincoln and Sally Langerak of Harpswell; and a brother, TJ Langerak of Maxfield. She was an irreplaceable part of the Langerak family who will miss her greatly. Angela is also survived by a sister-in-law, Shelly Langerak; a niece, Christin McKenzie; and two nephews, Leo Leeman and Connor Langerak. Angela was part of a very large French family, and is survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins extending as far away as Colorado. Angela was predeceased by her meme and pepe, Lorraine and Tom Voisine of Chester; her cousin, Marlene Ooley of Grand Junction, Colo.; aunt, Liz Clark of Grand Junction, Colo.; and her aunt, Joyce Violette of Chester. Angela’s family gives a special thanks to her aunt and uncle, Frank and Anna Welch. They provided endless amounts of support to Angela and were very dear to her.
Angela attended school in Howland and went on to study biology at the University of Maine, Orono. She lived in Atlanta for 13 years. She loved to travel and did so often. She was affectionately referred to as a jetsetter by her family. Angela loved life, laughed often and had an intense love of her family. She was beautiful inside and out. She was loyal to family and friends, of which she had many.
A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 17, at South Chester Cemetery. There will be a celebration of Angela’s life 4 p.m. Saturday at Troy and Lori Voisine’s residence in Chester.
