BANGOR – Robert M. Parker Jr., 83, died Oct. 14, 2011, at a Corinth boarding home. He was born June 29, 1928, in Hermon, the son of Robert and Minnie (Wentworth) Parker.
He is survived by his son, Stephen D. Parker of Albuquerque, N.M.; his former wife, Helen Parker of Bangor; three brothers, Richard Parker and his wife, Mary, of Winter Haven, Fla., Allan Parker of Lake Wales, Fla., and David Parker and his wife, Joyce, of Rochester, N.Y.; and nieces.
Private interment will be at Pine Grove Cemetery, Bangor. A service of Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor.
