PATTEN and JENSEN BEACH, Fla. – Forrest “John” Desaulniers, 43, of Bridgewater and Jensen Beach, Fla., died unexpectedly Oct. 17, 2011, at his home. He was born June 16, 1968, in Meriden, Conn.
He is survived by his parents, Stephen and Filena Singer; two sisters, Faith Paton and Robyn Nuedeck of Florida; two brothers, Stephen and Matthew Singer of Ohio; five nieces, Alyssa, Stacy and Jenna Paton and Zoey and Madison Neudeck of Florida; three nephews, Gary Paton of Florida, Collin and Andrew of Ohio; a best friend, Donald Orleck of Florida; and his mentor and boss, Mark Spadoni.
He attended John Carroll High School, Fort Pierce, Fla. He spent years in Los Angeles pursuing acting and theater. He had recently moved to Maine to be close to his parents.
A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 22, at United Methodist Church, Patten, where a reception will be held immediately after. Contributions may be made to the building fund at Military Street Baptist Church, Houlton.
