The leadership training sessions in Camden will focus on board chairs and executive directors developing effective leadership teams and generating ideas about how to be more effective leaders. Participants will gain a greater understanding of their own leadership qualities and styles, as well as a deeper understanding of core leadership competencies.

Executive directors and board members of nonprofit organizations at any level of experience may attend. Lunch, which will be provided by the Arts Commission. There is no charge for the workshops, but seating is limited and registration is required. Full details and registration information can be found at http://mainearts.maine.gov/services_outreach.aspx.
