BANGOR – Jeannette M. Sibley, 71, died Oct. 30, 2011, at the Maine Veterans Home, Bangor. She was born Feb. 1, 1940, in Bangor, the daughter of Melas and Delphine (Girouard) Boudreau.
Jeannette graduated from John Bapst High School in 1958. After graduation she married the love of her life, Allen W. Sibley, and raised their son Beau.
She is survived by her son, Beau and his wife, Carol, and daughter, Rachel Sibley, of Brewer; one brother, Roger and his wife, Donna Boudreau, of Eddington; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Allen; parents; and one brother, Clarence. The family thanks the staff at the Maine Veterans Home for their wonderful care of Jeannette.
Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Bangor, with a gathering afterward at her home, 424 Ohio St., Bangor. Arrangements by Greenlawn Funeral Directors, Bangor.
