COLUMBUS, Ohio, and STONINGTON – Joice A. Snowden, 74, passed away Oct. 22, 2011, at Kobacker House, Columbus, Ohio. She was born Dec. 17, 1936, in Buckeye, Ariz., the daughter of William and Cleo Kemp.
She is survived by her husband, Darrell Snowden of Delaware, Ohio; daughter, Teresa Hetland of Mount Vernon, S.D.; sister, Jackie Padbury of Sacramento, Calif.; brother, John Kemp and wife, Michele, of Aloha, Ore.; and brother, Ron Perry and wife, Connie, of Boise, Idaho. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Wanda; daughter, Andrea; and son, Robert.
A memorial service will be celebrated 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, at Bragdon-Kelley Funeral Home, 9 Thurlow’s Hill Road, Stonington, where friends may call 1 p.m. until the time of service.
