WATERVILLE – Walter E. Davis died Oct. 30, 2011. He was born Aug. 18, 1949, in Livermore Falls, son of Carl Davis and Elma (Lee) Davis. He was a 1967 graduate with high honors of Lawrence High School and served in the U.S. Army.
