MILTON, N.H. — A New Hampshire man who got lost while hiking has been found safe after spending the night outside.
Authorities say the 49-year-old Milton man was following a deer track in his hometown Wednesday afternoon when he got lost. His wife reported him missing around midnight, and Fish and Game conservation officers found him around 3 a.m. Thursday.
Fish and Game Conservation Officer James Benvenuti says the man was prepared for the weather and had the necessary survival gear to spend the night outside.
