BATH, Maine — A local man is facing 15 counts of sexual abuse of a minor and one count of criminal restraint stemming from assaults that occurred between March and November 2011, police said.
Andrew T. Mank, 21, of Bath allegedly used the Internet to develop a relationship with a 14-year-old girl, the Sagadahoc County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.
Investigators are looking into the possibility that other victims and suspects may be involved. Anyone with information is asked to call the sheriff’s office at 386-5827.

i remember when i was 24 -25 .A 14 year old girl came on to me. wouldn’t leave me alone. had to tell her to back off. i don’t blame this guy. don’t call him a perv it mighnt not be his fault
