ZEPHYRHILLS, Fla. – Seth Taylor Young, 94, died Jan. 11, 2012, in Zephyrhills, Fla. He was born Dec. 29, 1917, in North Newport, to George W. and Mildred Emerson Young.
He served in the U.S. Army and retired from the U.S. Air Force Inspector General’s Office. He loved family activities, old movies and using the latest technology.
He was predeceased by his wife of 59 years, Ruth W. Young; and brother, Kenneth Emerson. He is survived by his son, James Seth Young and Marty of Dade City, Fla.; daughter, Judith Young Mills and Reg of Springfield, Ill.; five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; brother, Charles Young of Corinna; other relatives and many friends.
Interment will be at Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery in Maryland.
