GLENBURN – Carl Allen Briggs, 50, passed away Jan. 31, 2012, at his
home. He was born Jan. 16, 1962, in Massena, N.Y., the son of Ivan E. Briggs and Ruth F. Brown.
Carl served many tours in the Army between 1979 and 1985. Carl worked for Cole’s Express for several years.
Surviving are two daughters, Shannon Briggs of Glenburn and Janell Martin of Greenbush; and two sisters, Marion Knott and Mary-Lou McDonald, both of Florida.
