PROVIDENCE, R.I. — Lottery officials say someone who played the Powerball in Rhode Island has won the $336.4 million jackpot.
The new multimillionaire has not stepped forward and the lottery has not said where the winning ticket was sold. To win, the player had to match all of Saturday’s five numbers, 1-10-37-52-57, and Powerball number 11.
Because of rising sales, the jackpot nearly doubled from $173.5 million on Feb. 1.
Powerball is played in 42 states, Washington, D.C., and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

That was my 45th cousin. I’m going to call him. Hope he remembers me. lol
I hope it’s a generous relative!
LOL…can you imagine all the friends who will come out of the woodwork now? I hope he gets a good accountant. I wonder what he will go through to save his monies. I’d have a house in Maine, a condo beside TD Bank Arena, and season tickets to the Boston Bruins. The local Humane Society would have a new shelter, my favorite church would have what they needed, my family will live well, and I might even buy four old railroad cabooses, put them together, and have myself a “cabin” in the woods. Dream on friends, dream on.
TAX THE RICH! *rolls eyes*
gonna have to learn to say no to all the new friends and family that come calling with an open hand.
Burn it…
